LEAD-TIME:

LAMPSHADES

All of my lampshades are handmade to order.  

My current lead time is 4-6 weeks for lampshades. Occasionally this can be quicker and you can always reach out via studio@thepotatorow.com for updates or to let me know if something is needed urgently. I will then see if I your order can be accommodated.

HOMEWARE PIECES

As long as stock is readily available lead time is 4-7 days for shipping; if not in stock lead time is about 2- 4 weeks.

SHIPPING:

Germany & EU SHIPPING

Once your order is ready to send all my orders are shipped tracked via DHL (unless selected otherwise at checkout).

Flat rate shipping rates apply as shown at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All of my lamps and lampshades can be shipped worldwide.

If your country isn't listed as a shipping destination and you are unable to complete your checkout please contact thepotatorow@gmail.com for a specific quote.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Please note, that the buyer is responsible for any importation charges if purchasing from outside of the EU.
