We are pleased to announce that we ship worldwide. Your shipping charge will be calculated at checkout. Should your country not be listed, please email us for a quote.

Our shipping prices at the checkout do not include any local customs and duties charges. Customers will be responsible to cover any charges that may occur. 

Since my lampshades and lamps are made to order expect lead times of 5-6 weeks. But we always aim to ship faster than that. Feel free to reach out, and we try to accommodate your request.

Ready-made items such as Pleated Lampshades and some of the Homeware pieces, when in stock, ship between 5-7 days.

In addition to the standard sizes mentioned on lampshades product pages, we can create bespoke sizes as well. Please reach out to let us know what you have in mind at studio@thepotatorow.com.

All made-to-order items (lampshades and lamps) are not eligible for return once they have been made and shipped. Few exceptions apply. 

Any ready-made items (see items descriptions) can be return for a full refund for 14-days after receiving them. To request a return you need to email studio@thepotatorow.com. Please see the detailed refund policy for more details.
