Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This is the case for all ready-made items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
The Potato Row Lampshades and lamps are made-to-order and therefore not eligible for a return after they have been produced and shipped. Exemptions are for defects or damages which are due to packaging and shipment. We will ask you for pictures and information on the damages when processing any requests related to defects or damages. If you change your mind before start of production we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All my lampshades are made to order so returns and refunds are not possible once the lampshades have been made and shipped.
A credit note can be issued in extenuating circumstances.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
